Farad Green Energy is an EV charging and energy management company based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. We design, deliver and operate charging infrastructure, solar and battery storage for real estate developers, commercial and retail sites, offices, fleets and government entities — and we stay responsible for performance long after handover.
Our clients want a few clear outcomes: to charge their tenants', visitors' or fleet's cars without the operational burden; to get more capacity from the grid connection they already have; and to hit measurable sustainability targets. Our job is to find what actually makes sense for each site and budget — and to say so honestly when something doesn't.
We review the space, the existing power connection, the electrical infrastructure and how the site uses energy through the day.
The same team that designs the system delivers it — procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, and approvals with ADDC and AADC.
After handover, clients have a direct line to our team for support, monitoring and maintenance. No third parties, no handoffs.
We act as the charge point operator. We identify the right locations, then procure, install, maintain and operate the chargers from start to finish. The site owner provides the space and power connection and receives a share of the charging revenue — without any operational burden. We work with chargers from any manufacturer, so the hardware always fits the site.
CPMS. Our charge point management platform is OCPP 2.0-ready — it monitors each charger in real time, handles sessions and payments through our app, and supports roaming across partner networks with one account.
EMS. Our energy management system sits above everything on a site — grid, solar, batteries, chargers and other loads — deciding second by second where the power goes. More chargers on the same connection, fewer costly grid upgrades.
A charging site's power connection sits partly idle for much of the day. We are designing sites where that spare capacity also runs modular AI compute — so the same infrastructure serves both the EV and AI economies.

Rushil holds a Bachelor's in Business Management from Berlin, specialising in Marketing. Starting as a Marketing Specialist at Tron Digital in Abu Dhabi, he went on to lead Dahab Miners — a UAE energy-intensive infrastructure company — rising through Sales, BD, CMO, and COO roles, overseeing 30+ MW of power capacity across four countries. At FARAD, he brings deep expertise in high-load power deployment and complex energy commercialisation.
